Hi, may i know when u bought the unit? all the buyer who bought from my kiosk, we must issue the receipt and our contact no. attached together, so about your what you said, but so far we didn't received any complaint that directly come to us..my unit is direct from supplier,normally i don't open the box. and so far i never get complant about contents not complete, u are the first..hope u can contact me to check this out..
and we will show all the contents infront of buyer..this is the way we do..

yes, released..on market now..but price may slightly higher..

just to clarify, Nokia Malaysia is only provide 1 year warranty to the Nokia Phone, unless some of the specific model(if yes, it will stated very clear)..

the extended warranty provided in giant, just a program to extend the warranty (which like the same service, same warranty policy like nokia given) with extra charges..
example: first 12 months of course you will send back to Nokia Service Center, the next 12 months if got any problem to the phone, have to send back to giant..they have their own panel service center..pls don't get confused..

use original product can protect you phone and battery..stabilize the voltage..better performance..
