emancipation of women nowadays leads to alot of problem... is that true? n how to solve it.. since it seems like women going to work is unavoidable.. and therefore causes.. 1.aged parents not taken care of 2.children sent to nursery/ nt close with parents anymore 3. family need a maid to do the housechores and this also leads to other social problems....... 4. divorce cases increasing due to lack of communication btw couples... etc etc... what do u guys think |

QUOTE(debbieyss @ Mar 9 2009, 01:04 AM) this is no doubt one of the issues that we have to concern of. But due to inflation and high pricing rates and competitive society now, there's no way we could do to earn 2 meals a day. ya so means its give n take .. so do u guys agree that woman going to woek= the main cause of all these problems? |

QUOTE(Kampung2005 @ Mar 9 2009, 01:05 AM) Inflation causes the rise of cost of living cost... i agree with ur point regarding it is caused by the education nowadays...For example, education cost, in 2001, it was half the price of education (college) compared to now.... The rise of educated females (school and college enrolment) also contributed to that factor... As this goes, the birth rate will fall... Like it or not, female going to work is inevitable... I myself, encourage my wife to do that.. of coz it is unfair to stop females from receiving higher education... but how to get this whole imbalance situation balance again..? |

QUOTE(debbieyss @ Mar 9 2009, 01:11 AM) i wouldn't want to work if i have had a child but i will resume work once my children have grown at 6 years old. but say u work in a company .. the 6 years may cause alot of difference which is one of the reason y women reluctant to leave their career juz like thisAnyhow, there would be a way to gourge some time just to be spent between husband and wife. Added on March 9, 2009, 1:14 am QUOTE(Kampung2005 @ Mar 9 2009, 01:12 AM) Change how workplace should be... good point!Example 1 : Office daycare Example 2 : Maternity leave should be extended and paid This post has been edited by tinsze: Mar 9 2009, 01:14 AM |

QUOTE(debbieyss @ Mar 9 2009, 01:17 AM) *hug hug* like ur way of thinking..!!bravosome one take away my only vote and let me stay at 0 vote please~!! Else gimme more votes yes i know. Even leave the career for 1 or 2 years would cause a huge change when you resume work. I will not ceased to groom myself, take short term courses while parenting my children and read more, attending more social functions. I don't know this would gain employers' attention but at least i have let them know that i'm a mother who can balance up both family and career. |
