Ok as requested, here is an update on my quest for a sigma 30mm f1.4.

Checked with boeing s.wang, leos ampang and yl pudu plaza, all don't have stock. But yl alreay ordered so should be in stock this week they say.

But after thinking about it, i bought the Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 in the end.

I sightly miss the f1.4 but more than made up with versatility of this lens. Very happy with it. Covers all everyday situations, I don't think I ever have to take it off. Before this I was alternating between kitlens 18-70mm and sony 50mm f1.4, but both lens are in the dry cabinet now due to my this latest aqusition. It can go wide for scenery or narrow for portrait all the while keeping f2.8 all the way. much faster autofocus than kitlens at all focal points. I love the color, it's not 100% natural, but it's a pleasing quality.

Sacrifice abit of bokeh for plenty of creative flexibilty.

adoi .. i forgot .. I miss something .. damn! .. nevermind .. outdoor shot with good lighting should be performs better. .. cobra will come at the end of month .. cobra just born and his mom still sayang let it goes. .. so, need to wait until end of month.
