Gan Boon Leong is the biggest jackass in the Malaysian weightlifting scene. He's the president, yet barely does any jack shit for our weightlifting scene. He continues to sponsor his bodybuilding show and gym, but does no shit for weightlifting.

There is a tire. A bench, a sledgehammer ( I can bring them along in the bus ) a squat rack and loads of weightplates to throw like Frisbees. There is even a lat pulldown machine behind and an electronic weighing scale to see how much muscle you gain per session

Yea, only 1 power rack, 1 bench press station and 1 preacher curl station

1 bar for deadlift, 1 for squat on the power rack, 1 for bench press(the 20KG one la)

2 EZ bars..Dumbbells should be ok la...they replaced the missing BUT they only have 1 side for 25lbs =.=
