Anyone book hotel rooms thru this website before asiatravel.com? I just realise it requires you to give your credit card details as a guarantee but we pay on-check out to the hotel directly later. Will asiatravel double charge us or scam? Because even if you type in the FAKE credit card details, you still get to print your hotel check-in voucher brows.gif Do you key in real credit card details when booking in asiatravel.com?

You can always email them on your concern and wait for them to come back to you.
Once we booked through internet reservation whereby card details are needed, but apparently my friend wasn't confident about it thus he emailed the website and request not to put in the detail; which eventually they oblige to the request.

I books hotel from this website twice before, it's trustworthy.
If you put a fake credit card details, they will definitely email you 3 days before you check in,
I have this case before, I book one hotel through my old credit card in few months ago,
After that Bank upgraded my card, so my old card is no longer in use,
They email me regarding they fail to collect my credit card guarantee 3 days before check in,
They ask me for a new credit incase they can guarantee a room for me when I go there.

This travel agency is quite established, one of the office is located in Hotel Grand Central in Singapore quite sometimes. It worth to trust in my point of view.

I have booked for a room in China with Pay On Check-Out which is supposed to be paying directly to the hotel. But when i check my online banking, my credit card is being charged with the amount of room rates floating now. Why is my credit card being charged if it's Pay On Check-Out? I have already e-mail them and hope for a reply soon. Anyone experienced this beforehand?

I used http://www.booking.com loved this website because it allows you to book without the commitment of paying (but they do capture your credit card details as a guarantee for no show) and sometimes they even throw in free cancellation if you cancel about a week before. And its always about $1 to $10 cheaper than other sites.
