How do i adjust my Radeon GPU fan speed?, need help.

Guys i just bought a HD4670 and after checking the average fan speed it was 30%. Is there a program to adjust it ? I've downloaded Ati Tool 0.27 but it doesn't seems to have a fan speed adjusting function.
Advance thanks for the help.

maybe the card itself doesn't have the ability to alter fan speed at the first place...

Strange, i went to overdrive still can't find options to adjust. I'll check teh whole catalyst options again. Thanks.

Thanks. u use the driver tat the cd give? sure doesnt have la..tat one is old version of catalyst.. DL new version from AMD/ATi Website...Hope it helps...

Only the HD4800 series got the manual fan control right? Correct me if I'm wrong~~

B4 tiz i use 4670 with latest driver got Fan Control Speed also lor...

my case also similar... can't change at all.. and stuck with 11% much lower than TS but will eventually boost to 13% when heat build up to 78C. At least TS fan speed better than mine  try adjusting the fan speed but seems like no effect at all... my guess is this card not allow to alter?
