About the eggs. Let's say you consume one per day. MAybe you can increase to 3 or 4 times per day? Survey and research had shown that eating more eggs is actually healthier. About the yolk part, if you dun have any heart issues, i think its ok to consume.
With cheap rates and loans, hell yeah you can do it!
But if healthy wise. I think sometimes its best to save and cook.

Its among the basic principles and practice towards healthy lifestyles but tell your brother to take vitamins as well. But still depends on how your bro pumping iron in the gym. Some people who goes to gym didn't really push themselves hard. It's sad sometimes.
