Anyone from TOC college?

im from TAP class.......

when enrolled, college mentioned we will get MLVK 1,2,3

but now finished all the course...college said only MLVK1,2 only...MLVK3 we hv to pay extra..lol

so any TOC student here?

sure la? TOC is like that one, everything is $$$$$$. i'm not study there, but my bf is. Now they have change the law again, exam passing mark is 80, this time they sure eat lots of money!!!!!!! the management said passing mark 80 is good, F@#@#....their education standard will be better than uk or us standard? i don't think so. They never can do this, coz they no educate people they just just treat it as a business, everything is money first!!!! they even don't know what is business ethic.
