I HATE my colleague! he is the BAD EGG i ever meet before!
hate to see him everyday in my work place!
hate he spoil my mood everyday!!

always create problem to make my job,
even though he know i make mistake but keep SILENT, when the problem blow up, purposely POINT IT OUT LOUDLY in front of everybody saying i should do this and that..blah blah..
always 'sapu kasut' for boss and those higher position ppl!!

I dun wan to quit my job in this moment, but i feel sick to deal with him everyday!!

when you can't fight them, join them

do the same to him let him feel the pain

in every working environment, there is 1 rotten egg if you are lucky..if you are unlucky, there might be a dozen of rotten egg..

there is a saying, you salary is divided to 2, half is for you to face all this crap and the other half is for ppl to ask you to work..

complain only make things worse and make your life harder so if what they say is not pleasant to your ears, walk away or play dumb

you need to over come with more EQ..so take it easy ok

he know you make mistakes? meaning you have to reduce your mistakes, thats all. stop whining, girl.

yap, i did made a lot of mistake included thing that i had nv come across as a freshie in d office, and i learnt a lot from there since this bust*rd was here. lol this is d only thing i can 'appreciate' him.

anyway, not only me, he did d same manner to other colleague, eventhough my office manager who is elder then him (ya my OM is about his mother age)
what i can say is he only paying his respect to those who hv higher position and those who can be use ( well, in our conclusion, that is not repsect, is kind of bootlicker my god!)

i never tryied to talk his bad thing in front my boss, only when my boss ask me is't the bad egg not respect me (especially when my boss ask me doing thing that need to ask his help) and what i did is knock my head only!

i knew a lot his bad act and i keep in mind and not telling my boss cos i feel bad to gossip and i dont hope my boss feel i m d gossip girl who like to complain in d office. well i know he did a lot tricks telling our(girl colleague) bad in front boss and other department colleague , we knew about that when few of us gather our bad expereices together !

i hate my colleagues as well~~
she is 40+ woman and still single~~
she can yelled to everyone WHENEVER she feels to do so~~
and i am one of this "lucky" ppl when i join the company~~
she acts like she is the head of department but in fact, her corporate title is only 2 ranks higher than me~which i believe it may took me less than 5 yrs to achieve tht!
everyone in the office hates her but never against her~which i really cant take it at all~
how can they accept some1's being nasty and rude all the times and just kept quiet~
although i am new to this company, but due to a certain reason that i am pretty close to the management, i tend to bring the issue up, to let them know the attitudes of this lady~

ermm sometimes guyz do this n that is probably they wan u to give attwntion to him and maybe he loves u....or he found out tat u didnt giv him chance he ll do tat n tarnish u lorr.....
if he have nottin to do call him fly kites laa.....

I hate my colleague alot alot alot!!!!She is my bf's cousin. Since she just graduated, and he mother keep asking me whether any post suitable for her in the company, den i just submit her resume. Actually, the HR dun really like her, said her english is so lousy, cant talk at all. The HR people even straight tell her that she is not suitable for the job. Then she kept sms me and ask me to help. So,i pity her lor. Try my best to help her, like telling my boss she is very hardworking,willing to learn,bla..bla..bla...
ok, Finally she got the job.But,after that, she start talking bad behind me.1st, she told her mother i steal her customers(we're in sales line).My god, i've been working in the company for 2 years, i got lotz of customers that i cant even remember their names. Do i need to steal your customer?Then she even create nonsense, said i tell boss about her mistakes. After i knew these, i even go ask my boss, got scold her anot. My boss also got shocked about her attitude. And the terrible things is, her mother keep scolding my bf's mother, that i bully her daughter. She dun even wants to know the truth, she just believe that her daughter is the GOD, never did anything wrong. My bf's parent just straight away tell her mother that since your daughter is such a lier and keep creating nonsense in the office and give a bad name to me, they do not want such a relatives. Now that BI**H is happy, coz she less relatives. Dunno what she is thinking also. She is so so so evil.Now she start talking bad about me to the colleagues. Although i trust the other colleagues that wont simply listen to those nonsense, but this already create a bad name for me. I cant imagine what will she do to me next. she is such a EVIL BI**h!! BI**H!! BI**H!!

wah, if this is d posibility, then i rather hit my head againts wall, wakakaka
he got gf liao la, and when he talk to his gf in phone, his tone totally different if compare d way he talk to us !
and 1 thing make us feel sick is he always feel very proud bcos he is a MASTER grade, and he always empahsize he only graduate with DISTINTION in front us

actually our department is only 10 ppl including my boss, and he doesnt meant to work in a team, cos he likes to talk other colleague bad thing to other department ppl, and we feel like he dun mind to spoil our department reputation though! he mentioned before that workign in this environment didnt help to 'improve' himself well in front boss he will act like he is a pro in every project ..

i realised majority of the 'problem creator' is women ( well i meant from the experienced collected from all my friend)
but my case is different, is a GUY who did it !!
whne i mention my case to my fren, thier 1st respond were 'is that 1 a aunty??" BOG NO NO NO !! is a GUY who did this terrible thing !!

sometimes i really dun understad how come ppl can be so sefl-centralize and act so terrible never consider other's ppl feeling at all?
juz let her continue bark , sooner or later ppl will know how bad is her attitude unless those are blind and believe her words!

my office also got this kind of problem.. very very very similar...

U need the job? Everywhere you go is the same thing la. If you plan to leave... act dumb. If you plan to build a career in that particular cmpny.. as what others said... join them. and give him back what he gave u!

N i have a theory... All the vacant position is hot seat. Ppl who use to work for that job left because they cannot tahan ady. As for those non-performers, back-stabbers, selfish, polish shoe ppl still in the same company, same position, and have big increment every year! it's stupid. I'm so fed up.

Just play dumb lo.. He/she did all these things to make you angry or leave the company, so why let them achieve their goal? The more you ignore them, they'll only get angry of themselves. Just think of something which you're better than them then you'll feel better.

I have one colleague sitting just beside me who's a real bi**h, always express her hate to me openly. Well, she's still single at 35 and I'm younger, with engagement ring on finger and getting married soon. Wow.. she was furious! So, who's the loser here??

Last two month,
When I'm working as a handphone seller as a new trainee.
There is one B*STARD that makes everyone hate him.
He will just SCREAM AT you for some small reason.
He will just SCREAM at his mom or his gf.
And when I'm entertaining a customer,he will come over and snatch my customer.
Then he will keep order me to go here and there.
He will call me to buy food or things as if he's the boss.
IF fail to find the stuff,he will keep blaming me for not finding it.
He also like to treat those higher ranking supervisors to make them happy.
END UP i quit the job and studying now.
At least I dont have to see his stupid retarded face anymore.

i'm facing the same problem too..
there are few bad eggs in my department and they are all ladies! T.T
damn hypocrites! thanks to them bcos i get to see alot of dramas everyday..
its not really bad afterall.. its actually a good experience for my 1st job..
whatever they want to do.. well, just bring it on biatches!! RAWR!!!!!

Hi girl.. one thing is bear and do the saem thing back to him.. he will know what is the feeling one day..

i work in "XYZ" company before, is counted a big company.. but the colleague was sux.. she treat me nice.. but then she always like to gossip about others staff things..

when i went to training, she will gossip about my things with other staff. when i back from training, then she will tell me that many ppl complaint about me.. WTF..

when im in office, why there no one complain about me, need me not in office just complain about me?

she can go to agency office to talk about my bad things and come back to smile with me.. what can say about this type of WOMAN le?

already married and one son already.. still behave like a teenager.. i just bear and pretend ntg happen yet other staff already told me what she said behind me..

she can go tell "X" about my things and told me about "X"'s thing, at last both of us knew her style den me and "X" become closer and she start to get scared.. siao one..

i work for 2 years and i resign even i didn't found any new job... i cannot bear anymore...

as u mentioned, to join and not to join, those can join, fine, those cant join, leave.

juz show you guy some example, the funny thing he likes to do:
the other day my boss have some appointments which 2 of it clash,
the the b*stard ask us whether boss have any respond on it , since my boss dun mention anything to me, so i juz shake my head,
he quickly said out loud ''so 'gao siu(funny in Cantonese,his favorite word), u are her PA u dunno anything' then immediately i shoot him back
'WHAT SO GAO SIU, SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING WO, LIKE TAT OSO GAU SIU ?'
then he diam diam cos i show my temper
(arh, i suppose shoot him 'OH, NOW U SAY OUR BOSS GAO SIU LA!' i m so slow respond )

So, this is the point, he want to embarrass you in front of everybody, even in front of VIP, guest or boss, juz wan to make ppl feel like you so dumb, so useless and he is so powerful bcos he is study MASTER !(cheh!!)

once a colleague of the same type, came back from boss office mumbling said this is not my area, i dont know what the f*ck is this, why i need read this , oh You (pointing at me) u should be reading this and giving feedbacks, STRAIGHT I ANSWER HIM , BOSS ASK U NOT ME , IF U WANT ASK BOSS TO INSTRUCT ME... then he keeps say u are expert in the area, . i answer SO ? he straight keeps quiet.

i know if i go pandai2 go n listen him , then anything goes wrong he will point and blame and laugh and then criticise why u so stupid, wah study so high still so stupid. how u got ur degree. even he is same rank to me.last time i keep quiet, now i shoot him whenever i can.

in a big n small organisation, co-operation and healthy working enviroment is very important, cos he affects my mood which will affect my QUALITY of work. i blame my boss for not taking stern action and giving warning to him. knowing him like that, expect us to accept. and sometimes she mentioned do not layan him. IS NOT I WAN LAYAN HIM, IS HIM TRYING TO DISTRUB ME.

ok cool down., actually now i enjoy shooting him, sense of accomplishment ~

since juz tat the level difference, diploma, degree, master, PHD etc.
