Anyone staying putra heght area? is that place convenient and secure?

I notice some of the houses there quite cheap, I wonder what the reason of that? unsure.gif

Putra Heights is considered quite far, especially if you work in KL. However, the area has potential. A new Giant has opened and there is now a new exit to ELITE highway.

Hi Guy, i'm staying in putra height.

What gilabola mentioned is solid and it is a quiet place, to me , it is peaceful place and be honest, i think the price here is cheap compare to other landed area.

seems to me putra height is not a popular topic here.

I guess the main concern is the traffic in subang jaya. Unless there are some drastic actions taken to ease the traffic congestion in subang jaya, otherwise i don't see it being an ideal investment for u.

normally people have bought PH for own stay.
seldom for investment as the whole township is still lacking with a lot of amenities
price is still within reasonable range there if you compare it to other *prime* areas

yes. there's a reason why the place is trading at a lower premium vs. other *prime* areas.

I'm an investor - and I personally find that access is way too deep vs. the central areas of KV and KL. Just my own personal opinion, of course.

I'd rather stick to *prime* areas for investment purposes. Boring, stable and reliable.

Good point u made about buying PH for own stay though. Perhaps that would be an ideal setting.

100% agree on the investment prospect that u hv highlighted.
location & price will always be the determining factors for subsale market

those whom are investing in PH are those staffs at Sime Derby.
can get 7% staff purchase + 7% bumi discount (if any)
that's why their latest launch of 2.5 superlink (Grandis Palms) were booked/sold within 1 week of its launch
