@bluesky87 : since kin kin offer u the refund u can refund la if u dont really like ur goliathus...can get other mousepad ma...but if u wanna get back the same goliathus. better keep it...coz every single goliathus is the same haha...make up ur mind bro...

about the firmware serious i have no idea...im using the latest firmware and i got no problem at all...is that ur mouse already using the latest firmware so u cant upgrade anymore???
