got back my razer today after 2 month going RMA. but now i lost my trust with razer..

Yoz Razerians!, I was wondering abt Razer RMA procedures.

Is it faster if report to RazerSupport site first, then only to the distributor instead direct go to BanLeong..

in case u been missing for awhile, there was a database crash a couple weeks ago.
so all updates was lost.

but ban leong IS the distributor.
tho seems now theres a stupid rule where u must send to the shop u bought from, no more sending direct to ban leong.

i send rma through shop.. cycom to be precise doh.gif . my razer got problem with the left click. when press once it become double click..

the reason i lost trust with razer bcoz it was a gaming mouse and i expect such problem should not occur doh.gif . or maybe i play game to much laugh.gif

Crap... my 'england' too cacated liaoz.. i know BanLeong its the distributor.

What i meant, its.. instead of just send straight to the BanLeong, isn't better (faster to get rma'ed) if send email to RazerSupport first, then only send to BanLeong... or thats doesn't make any difference tongue.gif

Btw, those who rma'ed in shops, did the shop ppl ask u to send email to RazerSupport abt it first?.. *just curious*

but IMO if u email razer support and for the time for them to process the email and reply you, won't it be easier if send straight to our local distributor? tongue.gif

if it is, normal problem for that mouse tongue.gif it usually happens

hmm talking bout RMA, i tried 3 times of RMA-ing razer product.
First.
Bought this mouse from PcFair (BanLeong)
The RMA took me 1week and they give me a new mouse

2nd and 3rd.
Bought from shop. Exactly 1 Month. Both the same
And gave me back a new one also.

So, i am still supporting Razer and BanLeong for the good services. biggrin.gif

haha... just go back to the shop u bought... cos ban leong don entertain u, waste time ony, i went there b4 ady... just go to the place u bought, if they good then fast like me lor 5 days they replace a new 1 for me ady, if they slow then u wait for months... maybe.. depends la.. good luck.. biggrin.gif
