Hi, I'm ph 1 onwer and just joined this group.

I received vp together with architect cert yesterday. FYI, my S&P due on 12/07/2009 and the completion date stated in architect cert is on 17/07/2009.
Is the VP valid?
Should I submit the LAD claim now or wait for CF issue?

Just call Wirama office, A lady pick and forgot to ask her name...she said I need to check with my bank whether they have release the full amount the Wirama before I make an appointment with them to collect key. As for LAD...I need to write a letter to them stating how much they owe me and bring the letter together upon collecting key. Is this a correct way ?  rclxub.gif

My case is same as u.

WSB charged me the late payment interest, but I found that the late payment made from end financier. Therefore, I faxed my statement to end financier and ask them to clarify.

Just called to architect firm and confirmed that the borang E has been submitted, so I can bring my letter LAD to developer office and ask them to contra the outstanding payment for me, rite?

My LAD is not enough to cover the amount of misc payment. Can I just pay the balance after deduct the LAD.

I just called WSB and asked whether can I contra LAD to settle my partial misc payment, but the person who answer the call said the management would not accept the matter of contra for settle payment. She asked me to write in first and wait for the approval.

Is this the normal procedure to claim LAD?
