The management cannot stop us from doing renovation. It is clearly stated the conditions for carrying out renovation, the DOs and the DON'Ts; and the RM3,000 deposit.

Mr Kwa must be booted from his position once the JMB is set up. We do not need people who don't know how to manage property. He is from the property management, what property he managed before? Chicken coops?

On another note, I brought my Maxis broadband to my unit in Jalan 1/6. The performance was OK.

You know what guys, the landslide is a blessing in disguise.

1. Nobody get hurts.
2. No house is damaged.
3. Developer now is forced to ensure the slope are repaired and re-inforced. JKR is watching them everyday to ensure they are doing their work.
4. MPS would probably asked them to ensure the rest of the slopes are checked for safety.

There shouldn't be any compromise when it comes to being a good neighbour. We are not staying in single storey or double storey terrace house. By right, any wall that you share with your neighbour should not be modified at all. PERIOD!

Here is something we did in order to have a wider entrance to the bathroom. The wash basin is too long, about 17 inches. We asked the contractor to custom-made a basin using the marble from the kitchen's marble top. So now it is about 13 inches.

This is our kitchen (Level 2), the cabinets are yet to be fitted.

For those living in Level 2, you will find that the ceiling at the Master bedroom is lower by 1.5 feet. Why? There are TWO beams crossing each other and the developer decided to cover it with plaster.

So here, I asked the contractor to remove the plaster ceiling and build a new one with a dome in the middle, so that when I hang the fan, the blades won't chop off my head when I stand underneath it.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the comments of the photos on my home.

We will be moving on the 20th this month and we will be at the new home daily from 16th onwards. If any of you want to take a look between these dates, you are welcome to do so, provided I am there la ...... just ring the door bell, hehehehehe.


At this moment, a few more things are yet to be completed, namely, kitchen cabinets, grilles, air-cond, wallpaper and painting.
