The formulae is according to the letter, you may refer form the attachment.

Im removing the TV point from Living area to Dining Area, and hack a little to hide the cable, so, u mean that I still have to apply from MPS?

Hi,
As mentioned earlier, we had make a hack a bit from dining area's wall to hide the TV cable, can we still apply from MPS for approval?
Management did called up my brother to sign a letter this weekend (not sure what is the letter), did any one of u hack without management approved and ask to sign letter?
I really worry that the RM3k deposit kena makan..

Im one of the owner at 1/5, the road is definitely narrow. I dun thk Lori Sampah able to reverse and turn from the end corner, cars might park there too. If the lori refuse to go in LORONG 1/5 (instead of jalan), how are we going to mange the sampah-sarap? rclxub.gif

There is a showhouse on the end lot of Jalan 1/5, you may ask the contractor for the quotation and compare the price. I just get the reno quotation from them and the price are reasonable.

If kitchen narrow will feel a bit airless.
The showhouse at 1/5 (end lot) partitioned dining and kitchen by a bar, quite a good idea. Plan to do that.

ya.. Kitchen bigger better. My fridge is 2 side door, not suitable to put in kitchen, have to put in living hall, otherwise I got no space to keep kitchen stuff. And the washing machine will put in wet kitchen.

Did they offer us on deposit RM3k? offer late payment charges? receive money cepat-cepat for few hundred houses and penalty us if payment late..
NOW WIRAMA ONLY PAY BACK 50%?? can we charge them back on the late interest of LAD?

I also receive the letter today and ask me to collect RM3.5K where I had claimed for RM10k previously. Mine is less then 50%. Will direct to Tribunal office.

Will committee call up another meeting abt this? My suggestion is, make appointment with committees to submit the letter together instead of meet them 1 by 1.

My electric and water deposit receipt was issued ard Oct'2007. This receipt is important to prove that we had paid deposit earlier on 2007 and why developer pay to Syabas on Aug'09. Therefore, we shd claim them until the water meter installed.
