just call to mps....they say will reject all the application send in before, because all the renovation must me approve by developer achitect william ngu .... the is the result after the meeting!! ZzzZZ wasting our time...damn it

1) Yes that area belongs to TNB. If you guys don't mind walking, it is possible. Like what the developer said, they have applied to TNB (got or not we do know la). But do you notice that there are no fencing around Jalan 1/7 as you go further in. Any burglars can come from there easily.

2) Even where I am staying now in Rahman Putra, the garbage truck was driven reverse too, so. I guess all the garbage truck drivers are "professionally" trained.

did u choose the same colour / style of grill for interior sliding doors n window? i plan to do the standard grill for the balcony grill as required by the developer n for the inside i wanna choose different colour....do anyone knw who is charging any cheaper than MEGO is charging currently?

Sorry, I'm not using MEGO. I'm may using 'end lot of jln 1/5' contractor(forget the name).

Um... this house i visit already. Contractor say about 47k . Everythings good, only the kitchen too narrow. 

My  renovation type ,remove wet kitchen partition ,open kitchen partition by bar table(marble bar table top),hopefully will make kitchen look bigger.

I received a letter to collect my LAD at Wirama office, but the amount look likes after 50% discount from my claim....(aku tak buat SALE pun)... suggestion?????    

Just called wirama and ask why the amount was very low....Jasmine said, that was management offer to you, 50%..( dah agak dah...management..management)..so I said if i'm not accept that..how?..she said up to you what you want to do....mmmm...Ingat aku ni aper....TRIBUNAL ler...

Apa-apahal...dah ader ker yang got feedback from TRIBUNAL?....    

they also give me 50% of my claim only.... so upset with the developer..
anyway, where is the Tribunal office??

Good news. I heard from my contractor about we may no need go to tribunal first. We can write a letter refuse to accept the amount offer by developer. Pass the letter to our pro tem committee, they will settle for us.

Did anybody know our committee? So that we can pass our letter together to committee.

Hi all, i just call tribunal to find out on what are the status of my case. The lady told me, i'm suppose  to come for hearing tomorrow at 9 am at court 3. I have not receive any letter from tribunal yet, nasib baik saya tergerak hati nak call tribunal. I'll go tomorow, see what happens.

Bukan Developer mintak, tapi developer tak dapat nak bagi dokument yang president (judge) tu mintak. President to tanya pada Mr.Wong represent developer tu, kenapa hantar VP letter punya date dengan CF date tak sama. Banyak jugak president tu tanya soalan kat Mr.Wong tu, banyak jugak document yang dia tak bawak.

pas tu, mr.wong tu explain, sebab phase 1 delay adalah kerana pada tahun 2006 ada landslide kat ulu klang tu, wirama di arah untuk berhenti , so dia orang berhenti project tu selama 6 bulan. Sebab tu delay.

Tapi kita pembeli ni, tak ada pun terima apa apa surat yang mengatakan project berhenti selama 6 bulan, kan.

Lepas tu President tanya, pembeli dah bayar duit deposit api dan air pada tahun 2007, tapi kenapa developer bayar pada syabas lambat. presiden tu mintak bukti kat Mr.wong tarikh dia bayar kat syabas, pun tak dek, banyak yang dia tak dek bawa, so president post pon the case lah.

Saya pun ada persoalan yang sama.
I dah try cari my deposit of water n electric bill to dev tapi tak jumpa, yg peliknyer surat pun tak jumpa. I could hav misplace it some where but till now cari gila2 kat all area kat umah still tak jumpa gak Tensionnyer. Atc all letters regarding  our house I simpan in one file. everything yes except this ??Tak tau mana dia nyuruk.. huhuu... time ni plak ni dia nak hilang...

Shafary, need yur advice. Can I proceed my claim without the deposit receipt? all other documents I have, can I use letter from TNB ( recipt of wang cagaran diterima) as extra/backup doc?
