Anyone know where in Penang, Ipoh, KL can we find good Cheese Raclette? Had it once in Japan... and its gotta be one of the best way to haf cheese.

I had it twice in La fitte of Shangri -La hotel couple of years back. The 7 courses dinner come with few variety of cheeses as dessert and this is one of it.

I'm interested in this as well. In Singapore Marche and the Swiss Restaurant on Bukit Timah served it...

wahh.. in singapore... so far.. away tongue.gif

Anyway... i found the cheese in cold storage recently ..bought it and had it... was nice...

thought the taste was a lil bit different... .. maybe different manufacturer..

Where do you live?

Edelweiss in Penang has both Raclette and Fondue, but it's not an authentic Swiss restaurant, lots of local stuff.

In KL.


La Suisse in Bukit Damansara has raclette but in appetiser portions. I took 2 for my main course, but they don't have the traditional 'all you can' eat. I told the owner he needs to get steak tartare up there too.


Chalet in Equatorial KL serves it as well...

La Suisse is decently priced 100 RM per head including booze for a regular meal tongue.gif
