anyone here using Citibank Clear cc?
was thinking to buy a tv at electric shop, and the shop got 0% installment, should i call citibank first prior swiping my card, tell them i wanna buy something with 0% installment? or i can just swipe and the shop handle everything for me? hope anyone can help, coz i'm first timer to this 0% installment scheme  thanks!  |
