Benefits pretty good but CS could be better  tongue.gif

But seriously, which aspect of it are you truly interested in?

Wish more people can be like you, then sure we will have less debt related problems  notworthy.gif

actually just wanna find out from the user and sharing the experiences especially the hotline telephonist, responsed and reaction speed, etc.

for instance, the priority pass entry to most of the airport lounge, it is only free entry, majority of them we still need to pay for food and drinks in it...

any user pls share the comments... nod.gif

Free entry means no need pay for anything consumed once you are inside. Don't mind me asking, but you ever been to any airport lounge? No catch here but only for principal cardmember. Not applicable to supp card though.

CS is average and got some waiting time mostly, but wee hours of the morning definitely much better. However, since I normally get things done thru my RM, seldom need to call them up. Hope that helps.

yes, no problem at all. Not often this few months since every time with my wife and parents mostly. Last year i'm quite often been to KLIA, can enter to plaza premium only. Overseas's lounge not experience before. May I ask any other lounge where we could entry for free and enjoy the meal for free as well both local and overseas ?

You need to either pay for the lounge access for fly on Business or First class to enjoy the lounge. The beauty of the Infinite is that it is using the Priority Pass programme. (If I got this correctly) Google the Priority Pass programme and see the list of lounge that it allows access to.

Just called up the SCB CS and found that I'm right, the visa infinite with the free priority pass provide us free access and refreshments ONLY, others services, others meal, food & drinks we will need to pay accordingly. I believed many bank's plat card did offering the priority pass did also having the same functions. It means it is not a privilege at all for infinite holder. doh.gif

This is one of those time when those CS staff tells you what they do not know themselves. I assured you, the Priority Pass issued by SCB for their Infinite Cardholders provides 100% free entrance to the nominated lounges which includes free drinks, foods, wifi, shower etc. Selected lounge may have extra charges for certain items or impose limits on such but this applies to all users as well. So far had used it at Tokyo, LA, Vegas, KLIA and Dubai just off my head.

The priority pass offered by other banks also has the same function but you need to pay USD27 per visit or so while the SCB's is totally free. The same is offered by RHB's Infinite priority pass as well fyi. For more info, please check out www.prioritypass.com

The golf thingy used to be good but since scaled back due to the courses not making $$$, I guess  tongue.gif

No requirement to use their emergency evacuation or towing facilities so far as only been using the card for slightly less than a year. But you can access the visa infinite website for more offers. Other than that, its just another credit card.

Oh, the 5X overseas points does comes in very handy though. Now got over 0.5M points mostly due to that itself  brows.gif

Nevertheless golfy is not my cup of tea.. hehe... rolleyes.gif

Wow! it means you already spend at overseas at least 200k or combined locally in less than one year with this card itself, considering if it is for own spending it is too high for me... cry.gif

I'm using the card since April and has collecting about 25k only... haha.. sweat.gif

Hey, RM25K for just 2 months is very impressive indeed. So you entitled to the trolley bag promotion then? Further, I was amongst the first few who were given the card, so had considerable time to accumulate my spending as well. Taken over the whole year, you can hit RM100K no sweat.  notworthy.gif

And Tinkerbel is damn right. Can't compare official spending against personal expenditures. But if you go overseas, the RM is chicken feed indeed and my Vegas hotel bill itself already over RM20K++ after conversion.
*
Haha, Not the RM spending, it is 25k pts, that's not RM25K spent, RM2 for 1 pt locally and RM0.4 for 1 pt overseas. Since I was there in Japan, Korea and China for April, therefore it has more point for oversea.
Honestly my approval of the card is based upon other's card credit limit of RM50k and only salary wise it is much lower than their offical annual income, therefore can't think of hitting RM100k annually spending rclxub.gif

Well, its always good to spend less and save more, so look on the bright said  tongue.gif

So, anything you find exceptional about the card which you may want to share with us??
*
Well, other than the unlimited free access to airport lounge and credential and off course the status of utilizing the card, other's guess not as good as the cash back card offering from most of bank currently. sweat.gif

Well, the status was fun while it lasted ie. for the first few months and thereafter it sort of normalised with quite a lot of people actually having the card, thus mitigating that effect.  sad.gif

In terms of cashback, most cards are basically limited. Can't beat the good ole days of the HLB Visa Essential, which was the best cashback card ever introduced, period!

for me, i'm really got excited when first obtained the card as I applied it for the third times and finally got it! rclxm9.gif

Woh, 3 times? How long a cooling off period before they allow for you to reapply? So was it a change of your circumstances or theirs which resulted in approval finally?  hmm.gif

Just wondering if its really that hard/easy to get as mine was pre-approved and imagine my surprise when I received it. Then it was strictly by invitation etc.
*
I tried the first and second time and honestly it has not reached their minimum requirement as to have other's bank card credit limit of 50k. I tried the third time when I have 50k of other's bank credit limit and still the cs call and inform the card will not approved, but in the event I received it. Frankly, a bank is a bank, their profits is rely on lending peoples money.... sweat.gif
