Yes, you can but your CRM will have to manually submit a request for waiver on your behalf on an annual basis. But its not really much of a hassle as all it takes is just a sms or leave a standing instruction with your CRM. If they are not responsive enough, demand a change until you are satisfied. Fyi had changed over 6 CRM since. 
I just met the local branch manager to request for my first change of RM because I couldn't take it anymore. He was more interested in selling products but when you require services, he's either difficult to reach or makes a lot of mistakes. Mistakes like not activating auto-payment for my Premier credit card and I end up paying late payment charges and interest. Then when questioned, he said he'd requested for a waiver but 4 months later still nothing's done. End of rant.
