basically it's the mastercard securecode or visa 3d secure if not mistaken that's what it called, basically when u shop online after key in your credit card details, u need key in additional password that u created when u register for the maybank secure online shopping, so it will be more secure if someone try to use your credit card number to buy online but they wont know your MSOS password
QUOTE(aeronlim @ May 22 2009, 08:52 AM) Want to ask something about the MSOS (Maybank Secure Online Shopping) service. The service is provided for Maybank Credit Card holder (Mastercard and VISA) only for secured online shopping. Any idea with this service? Still don't know what it's used for and how it can protect the user on their online shopping. Do you all have tried and how is it for your online shopping experience ? Is it more secure? |

for all new owners of Eon Gsc credit card or any eon card for that matter, you can now register for online intenet banking , in order for that u need T-pin request, previously you had to go to the bank and request for it , i had a hassle of problem with this as i requested it from the bank few times but failed to receive it by mail ..the good news is now they have an online t-pin request, so you can register for online banking by using the online tpin request, just need key in your card number, last 3 digit number, IC number and card limit, hope this helps !

hi, u may want to try eonbank they have this feature :
My Payment Plan Get that extra edge when you shop and bank on us to take care of all your purchases at anywhere and anytime with your EON Bank Group Credit Cards ‘My Payment Plan’. Just call our Customer Service Hotline within 30 days of purchase or before your next credit card statement, whichever is earlier to arrange for the installment plan of your choice of up to 36 months. but there is a handling fee charge QUOTE(winnie08 @ Jun 9 2009, 12:17 AM) hi, need to ask whether maybank credit card have flexi-payment like citibank choice. i've applied for citibank choice but got rejected. really like the flexi-pay features, if u buy anything worth 1k or more, u have the option to convert it into 12mth/24mth installment plans... do maybank have that? i read about ezypayment plans but it only for selected shops only which u can apply on the spot... for citibank choice, u can convert any purchases worth more than 1k into monthly installment plans... |
