my sis used this citibank last time,if their credit never expired ,that would be great,what if they never ever terminate their services with u as well ?what would u say ?till my sis had to come down to KL to terminate it,all the way from sarawak tho. called them thousand of times,nobody takes into account about the termination,citibank and maybank sucks to me .eventho am platinum users,but at least i prefer CIMB (eventho the rates is quite high) and my second choice would be RHB ,no platinum no credit card.
