what is the best balance transfer plan at the moment?

my debt is 6k. i'm intending to apply ambank cc and use their balance transfer plan at 8.99% for 24months. the plus feature that i'm eligible to get free stuff sony ericsson w660i hp.

another plan is from public bank. 5% rate for 24months.

any other plan that worth to consider?

don't take that ambank offer. its a disaster. they charge 8.99% X 2 / 24 months upfront

right now i prefer the public bank. at least they charge 5.00% upfront on the first month only (for 24 months repayment period)


anybody knows about affinbank balance transfer rate? its not stated on their website.

i just received my cc application status with PB. they reject my cc request.
my CCRIS is good. no problem.

am i blacklisted under CTOS?
how to check CTOS?

coz last time i got problem with car loan's payment. but already cleared that one. CCRIS also clear with no late payment for my other cards from maybank (2 cards)

please advice.
