Hi All,

my basic is 1,400 gross per month. no commission, allowance or other side income. do i have any chances to apply successfully? i currently using a sub-card from my dad. i did try apply last year.

i got a friend receive a credit card from maybank after some guy from the bank called him, ask him a few question. got the card in a week time. he tell me that his salary didn't even reach the requirement. how can this be? must be my lucky day that i actually receive a call my bank this which i put all my savings, ask me about getting a credit card. after submitting all doc. i was rejected cry.gif

well i do come across that if u save a certain amount FD for maybank, then they can issue u the CC and the CL is based on the amount u put in FD.

is there such thing as cool down period for rejected CC application? what if its different bank?

my gosh, 6 months,i really can't wait to get my first card. its rubbish me 1.9k can't get a classic card.i believe my credit is clean, i didn't loan anything. i tried 2 different bank already SC and HSBC. next stop is maybank. i really want to know the reason i was rejected. if got valid reason, i just stop apply so i won't waste time and energy to reapply.

i heard from the bank, that commission only affect 50% CC application? cause my commission add up reach RM1900

i did rub off the digit make the black ink disappear, still got the mark. i thought when doing first time online purchases, require to set password and secret question to fill in. next online shopping the same password and secret question you set.
