i just got my maybank AMEX charge card friday... i applied thought agent (in shopping complex last year)
i want a gold AMEX, but what i received is an ugly classic green AMEX.. sien.. my AMEX is under maybank. 1) could i call maybank and complain, ask them to give me gold card..?? ((i was using maybank gold credit card >1year, althought my annual income actually <48k)) 2) also, the AMEX card is not shown in my maybank2u.com.my.. why?? |
