Congrats ! How long did it took from the point of application till you receive the card ?

How did you apply it? Based on annual income or credit limit from other card?

WHAT ? Just three years ? How stingy of them ! Did you ask your RM if you can definitely get another 3 years free when you renew your VISA Infinite three years later and still a Priority Banking customer ?

Just to clarify, prior to the entry limit upgrade (RM200k) - Priority Banking customers could get a complimentary VISA Infinite (1st year AF waived) provided they have RM300K in deposits. (Please don't try to look for this info in the website because this is almost internal information).

Entry limits is now RM250K (Again this new limit is never updated anywhere online) and the flyer/letter says that members enjoy VISA Infinite card. (They could have maintained that RM300K for all you know) One member mentioned about the 3 year AF waived which I think is lucky/very good coz previously only 1st year is waived.

I wouldn't push my luck and force SCB to make this card free coz

1. Historically it has always been only 1st year AF waived offered to Priority Banking cust. If I'm not mistaken non-priority banking members would need to pay the annual fee of RM800.
2. Card is exclusive and possible to obtain if you meet the requirements as compared to RHB VISA Infinite card.

Bro, this card annual fee is unwaivable? Thinking of applyin for this card as their unlimited lounge entry seems useful for me.

Sounds attractive , but SCB points does expire, and i've been using amex plat cc for almost all my expenses except the merchant does not accept it. Maybe will give it a try.

Couldn't be anymore attractive ! 

But i guess the unlimited lounge entries wouldn't appeal to those who fly Business or First Class or those with Star Alliance Gold and Oneworld Emerald status.

I don't believe there are any other cards other than the EON MATTA Card which gets U into the Lounge at LCCT - I also hear the lounge is pretty crappy - even the one @ KLIA.

Er.. Yeah except I don't - I only hold Credit Cards which enables me to get into the KLIA one *grins*  Can't say that I've been to one before but will be travelling next month - so may just drop in to have a look see ; been told this lounge isn't as great *shrugs*

For Amex Plat Charge card holders, even if you travel economy, provided the tickets are thru them, you still get to visit the lounge area in KLIA. Not sure about the Plat Credit card though. And together with the SCB Infinite card, its like having the best of both world 

Couldn't agree more! If I travel on my own personal account then it's back to economy for me so this free lounge is good enough for me ! If you are complaining about the Premium Lounge then in certain countries, the airport lounge is nothing more than a special room just for you! (Doesn't encounter this often)

I didn't know that 10x points thing that SCB Visa Infinite gives on your birthday month.

Yes.. Citibank Platinum Credit Card holders have access into Premium Lounge - for a maximum of 2hrs per session, up to 12 visit p/year
