Hi guys, if i have 6k to do balance transfer.... which bank has better offer?

I was told Public bank give good deal but a month back ambank got promotion like 3k get a phone, 6k get lcd tv......

can anyone let me know which bank has it? i try to look around in queensbay last week and found nothing.

if that is the case with PB, then i need to try it out. got few cards on hand now.... going to cancel shell card this April.
