any of u heard of this mutiara gombak semi-d ?? it is located near sg pusu... somewhere near batu caves...
i think the design is quite nice. but surroundings dun have any supermarket or groceries store.

please give some comment on this housing area. thanks

For me 5km-10km from my house is ok for me.Which is means mutiara gombak is quite good because of normally people who look for semi-D or bangolow ,they request is quiet and good environment.not like those poor who request many convenient around.

but beside there got alot of malay schools wor..
won't it be crowded n jam when school finish time??

imagine if suddenly u need a kicap... no convenient stores near. then u have to drive far to beli... ~

it is quite if semi d residential 140 unit + 181 double-storey link houses?
how about during before & school finish time?
maintenance fee including pak guard RM150...it is worth?

I know this exact place. I have been inside the showhouse because I was needed to clean the entire showhouse as well as the house next to it. It was damn nice. Big enough for a family of 10 children. Even in the backyard, the land is big enough to dig a swimming pool. Unluckily it costs nearly RM1 million (for the intermediate unit).

but any problem with the area nearby ?? becoz it is kampong.
