Hi,

Can recommend me some 2nd hand property that range from 100k-200k?

For own stay, not much requirements, as big as possible for the value of the property, not so much crime and as less jam as possible.

Eyeing few locations, Pandan Jaya/Indah/Perdana, Cheras(not further than Leisuremall), Old Klang Road, Kuchai Lama, Sri Petaling.

Very true..or at least do small effort to read trough a few tread
in this topic..use "Search" tool will help..

If everyone keep asking this kind of "general" question
then everything will be too general and this forum no longer helpful..

I don't think is necessary, i believe i had read those.

Different requirements, different budget, different purpose and different timeline/period.

I'm deadsure.

Are u mentioning about ur Connaught Avenue and Taragon threads?

There are few threads about Cheras area but not fall into my interest, some about new project or for investment purpose.

And i would like to hear more condo/apartment names in the area i listed in 1st post which i had yet to discover myself.

Answer as above (i believed that i had read all those threads previously) and i dunno where the heck is Tmn Desa, might not interested as well.
I believe i had stated infos for the desired property in 1st post.

So now, is this thread discuss about property or whether did i use the search function?
Or is ur suggestion to bump up every thread about condo/apartments in all areas i interested (which i believe alot)?

For OUG Area :

Fortuna Court, OUG (Old condo serving mostly families/low density) ranging 120k-160k

Bukit OUG Condo (Bigger sqf, high density condo) 150k-200k

OUG Height (Bigger sqf, medium density) 180-220k

Hi,

Are u staying in any of those?

I'm interested in OUG as well as i quite like the place but not really sure about the community and crime rate there. Any comment?
One thing i dun understand about OUG is why the condo/apartment can sell so cheap yet there are a lot rich ppl there (based on those bungalows and terrace) and not to say OUG is not too far away from Federal Highway.

I can said Bukit OUG is the best RM/sqft but it is quite deep, high density and the developer had run away (based on my research). Will the Fortuna Court and OUG Height better?
I think i passed thru OUG Height before and itis quite nice from outside, better than Bukit OUG.

Just to highlight that you don't even bother to search.

BTW, if you're interested in a particular area, do a search, find the price, find more info. Then only start asking. Your question in the first page is too general.

People like you cluttered the forum with a lot of unnecessary threads.

Yeah I'm staying here. From my personal opinion, I like this place because :-

1) Far from public
2) Still got green around the condo
3) Easy access to major highway

Crime rates are quite okay but amongst the 3, Bukit OUG has the highest crime rate because its high density and mostly of them are foreign university student, middle eastern families. OG Height are the best amongst 3 if you can afford it. Fortuna court located before OG height , so I bet you can determined yourself tongue.gif Actually, My first condo that I rent is Bkt OUG, but after poor maintenance, low security feature , high density and also too "happening" at night, I moved to another low density condo around here.

FYI, u no need to highlight, as i had told u that i'm not interested on that area.

Maybe u should read properly 1st.

I believed that i had done research and will continue to do so.
Ok, i admit that maybe my description on 1st post is too general but the purpose of this thread i can get to know more condo/apartments that i might miss out.

I had quite a lot condo/apartment in my mind that fall under my requirements and i dun want to flood the whole forum with those properties i interested as title. I had ask in approriate threads (for eg. Bukit OUG) if there is exist.

The purpose of this thread is to see if any condo/apartments that forummers here mentioned here that i might miss out and i'll do research on it. As like in previous post, Putraskyline had mentioned about Fortuna Court and OUG Height which i found it is good to do more research on it

I think we should stop on it, or else this thread will be discussing whether I got use Search function or not, rather than property. I had seen alot of ppl like u too reply for the sake of replying.
I'll leave it to mod (until they response) to decide whether this thread is appropriate or not and I'll gladly close this thread if this is not.

I thought you mention Old Klang Road and Kuchai Lama? You just said you are not interested in Taman Desa which falls in these area. FINE.

Research? You just said that you dunno where the heck it is and straight eliminated the suggestion without search.

You said you have a lot of condo/apartment in mind but you didn't even list it out in this first post. How you expect people to help? We wouldn't know what you know / dunno unless you're transparent to us.

And the final point which I've hightlighted in your post, haha. Go and learn the history of this property forum.

TS,
Please more specific about it (more specific area, requirement like landed, apartment etc) or stated you have already eyeing which property to look at, criteria, then only discussion can be more benefitted, otherwise it is like finding needle in the ocean as your title finding a property in KL is actually too big to be suggested.

If not, it is no different that like some thread in finance section "I had xxx money, what can I do/invest.

Just like prior before, people suggested some location, then you said no interest, ain't those suggestion is wasteful only (but it still within KL, right? wink.gif ) So more specific and listing out your already targetting property or location, then proceed from there, while people can come out some other suggestion as well in between. Otherwise either people don't bother to suggest or those suggestion thay you don't like.

Cheers. smile.gif

Hi cherroy,

My mistake, i didn't notice that i not putting condo/apartment at 1st post while i keep mentioning it at subsequent posts doh.gif My apology notworthy.gif

As for more specific, i had mentioned about budget, purpose(own stay), some targetted locations and requirements in 1st post.

Honestly, i'm not too familiar with KL anymore as i not working there for 4 years, those targetted locations are based on my past expriences when i live in KL.
I have seen 2-5units in every locations i mentioned above but mostly in online posting (view 2 units real life before, eg. Bukit OUG) due to I seldom in KL.

I don't want to mention which apartment/condos i had targetted as that is too many and i had yet to decide which exact location i want in KL.
If i had to list them out and ppl start to gv their opinions, but to find that in the end i dun want those locations anymore, then it is wasteful also.

I only want to know what few condos/apartments got to offer in those locations that fall into my budget and requirements so i can look more onto it myself before i finalize or reduce my choices to 2 or 3. It doesn't matter if the recommendations is repetitive as to what i had already know, as this will further proven that i'm looking in the right one.

Apology to suiteng if i had offended u smile.gif

Hi Harry,

Well - i'm glad that the "tension" in this thread has been settled amicably.

Taman Desa is a quiet suburb near the OKR and OUG area. My wife and I like it a lot.

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/884127

Have a read at the thread above. There are many condo's and apartments in that area. Hopefully, it'll give u a lead.

cheers.
