what up guys. i`ve been playing around with dumbels for some years now but still sucks.. recently my dad just bought a press machine? it got leg ext and chest press and etc. i dont really know what its called. so i`m gonna get serious from now on.
i just bought on whey and eas phospagen 2 days ago. i got it for 199(whey) and 100+(creatine) from gnc.
i`ve been using this machine for a month (without propper suplement). and i can feel my musles are getting bigger.
should i go to the gym?? beside that press machine, i got a threadmill, exercise bicycle, and a dumbell. i`m thinking off getting a barbell and another dumbell. would that be enough?
and please dont shoot me. i`m noob. hehe

damn... i just visited fitness concept yesterday. i was searching for dumbell and barbell. they r expensive!! i got my 15 kg dumbell for 100 last time.(from The Store)
they sell 10 kilos dumbell for 90 per dumbell. and the barbell...an empty bar around 80... 2 x 20kg weights around 160... haih...plus a bench around 300 something.
...total cost for my home bench is around.. 240 + 300 = 540+-... pluss i need another 15 kg dumbell..
so guys. is this price are normal to you? is there a cheaper price out there?

guys. i`ve changed my workout routines for 5 day per week.
leg back bicept tricept shoulders and traps
abs when i got some energy left on those five workout days. i tried one bodypart per day so i could do an intense workout specially for that body part.
what do you guys think with this plan?? i`m not really sure that i got enough recovery time or not... so.. i`m gonna need ur advise on tihs please.
btw, i`m taking on whey and creatine on post workout

i mixed mangoes + milk + vanilla whey + some ice. tasted damn good!
