Was taking around 6-9 whole eggs in a day for 3 months straight,my cholesterol level is lower than my friend who is stick thin.

Scivation also not bad but need to shake a lot ofr it to mix properly.

Ahhhhh crap,i did something stupid again.

Never bothered to check if Goodday choc milk was low fat when i shifted from HL,while i finished the bottle today it just downed on me that i never checked and here i am drinking 1Lt per day.

Did a little test to see how much strength i lost on my current diet and workout!

Bench press-
-70kgsX10
-80kgsX9
-90kgsX7

Didn't dare to go higher as i was tired and i might need a spotter.

Result-Not sure i can push 100kgs

Dumbell BP-
-40LbsX12
-50LbsX10
-60LbsX8
-70LbsX8

Result-Nothing changed,can still move the same poundage

Pullover-
60LbsX15
70LbsX10

Result-Loss of endurance


Seems quite ok to me.
