But since about 3 weeks my motivation level has gone down. Hmm, that co-incides with when I started dieting. The diet is nothing radical. I cut out the milk and McD Lunch Special, and aim to eat about 1 small plate of spaghetti (300 kcal) less a day. Eliminate caloric surplus, create small calorie deficit. That's all.
uikis..i wanna ask the same question also..im start to diet...remove some food...and eat less before i workout...i think i create some calorie deficit but i cannot lift as heavy as i used to...
its very hard to watch the calorie and still have the energy to lift...any tips??
my meal :
7.30 | 2 boiled + nescafe + plain water

5.00 | whey protein
7.00 | 2 whole grain bread + boil egg + salad + sauce
