But since about 3 weeks my motivation level has gone down. Hmm, that co-incides with when I started dieting. The diet is nothing radical. I cut out the milk and McD Lunch Special, and aim to eat about 1 small plate of spaghetti (300 kcal) less a day. Eliminate caloric surplus, create small calorie deficit. That's all.
uikis..i wanna ask the same question also..im start to diet...remove some food...
and eat less before i workout...i think i create some calorie deficit but i cannot lift as heavy as i used to...
its very hard to watch the calorie and still have the energy to lift...any tips??

my meal :

7.30 | 2 boiled + nescafe + plain water
11.00 | 2 boiled egg
1.00 | a bit of rice + fried chicken+some vege
4.00 | 1 yogurt
5.00 | whey protein
7.00 | 2 whole grain bread + boil egg + salad + sauce

is this enough or i eat so little that it effect my strength??

what u guys always eat lunch??it so hard to find a healty food here sad.gif

i don't know what's wrong with yr diet. i can still make PRs in all my lifts with mine. maybe cut back on the volume of your workouts.

Added on August 11, 2009, 10:50 pmMcD Value Lunch is very calorie rich. You'll find the nutritional data on the piece of tray liner.

Yeah and he's fukking skinny like dental floss and pretty much like your typical ah beng. I had multiple past histories of quarreling with him in the past, now I'm just chill with him and now he is stirring things up again.

Anyway your arm wrestling suggestion is a good idea, this would shut his mouth pretty good without the risk of being expelled/sent to police lockup. Sometimes with all the rage and anger my mind I couldn't think of anything to counter his shit coming out from his foul mouth.

You might call me a bit sensitive but it's my hard work his insulting.

People who're jealous will try their best to put you and your achievements down. Classic ego-protection-reflex action of someone who has self-esteem issues.

Don't let people like this get to you and make you angry or upset, if you feel the need, you can respond by smiling and directly pointing out his game by saying, "haha, you jealous is it?" in a joking manner.

Yeah, it's called a defend mechanism. They make a something unacceptable and turn it into something acceptable in their minds.

He was my housemate last year. There was once he was asking me how to gain weight and stuff, and at the same time he asked me to boil eggs for him everyday when I'm cooking my own eggs. I was like "WTF you want to gain weight and you ask me to cook for you?" and instead of taking back his statement he said "I'll buy the eggs and you cook for me." I said "Fvck you. NO." Then he was like aiyo small things also cannot help then he get all angry like a 5 year old boy who can't get his sweets. He always asks people to do crazy things for him and when he gets rejected he'll use that aiyo small things also cannot help line.

That are you jealous line was a really good idea! But what if he says no i'm not jealous?

Anyway that pukimakcaucibai said my muscles are useless to a bunch a friend again this morning when I was kind enough to bring him and a bunch a friends for breakfast. I just ignored but felt like breaking his bony forearms into 5 small pieces each forearm. I really tried to ignore him but how do I ignore it when he is doing this in front of me many times in a week?

He's in my class, my group mate and my group leader...until I graduate. He handles the attendance of the whole group including mine. To make things worse, both of our names starts with the same letter, so the college arrange everyone in class in the alphabetical order and I'm next to him, so no matter what we're doing, I'll always be next to him.

But at least he's not my housemate anymore.

Enough about that pukimacaucibai, see, starting this week, I'm changing my training routine into a full body workout after 2 years on the split. I'm following the one on this month's Muscle & Fitness mag on page 112. It's pretty lengthy, but basically it's training each muscle group twice a week in a 6 day training + 1 rest day week. Much like your alternating workout 1 and workout 2 thing. I'm going to do this for 2-4 weeks. It's very exhausting, and I'm only on day 2...Don't know how long I can tahan, but I need to get off from my plateau.

Example today I did:

QUADS
Squat 4x6-8
Leg extension 4x6-8

HAMSTRINGS
Romanian deadlift 4x6-8

TRICEPS
Pressdown 3x10-12
Overhead extension 3x10-12

BICEPS
Cable curl 3x15-20
Concentration curl 3x15-20

CALVES
Standing Calf raise 4x6-8

I know. The next time he says something like that again, very quickly take hold of his neck and squeeze it. Then let go. That ought to silence him.

that barger sounds damn annoying sial. tell him directly how you feel about his unacceptable behaviour and make sure that he gets it clear that you are not gonna take anymore of his shit. don't bother sugarcoating your words. and don't bother giving him any more of the tolerance he doesn't deserve. just be honest with yourself and do what you think must be done. he needs to grow up and learn that the world doesn't revolve around his disrespectful ass.
