QUOTE(ah_chak @ Mar 3 2009, 08:51 PM) i've been using the Logitech MX510 since 2004, until today it's still kickin' a$$.. For computer peripherals, i'll consider Logitech first before others.. Never tried Razer products before.. their Death Adder looks tempting Is MX510 and G1 the same? Cause it mention that G1 uses the same engine of MX510. Currently using Logitech G1 for gaming. Got it RMA for free after my MX310 got problem with left mouse click button.

QUOTE(Punish @ Mar 4 2009, 11:15 PM) because G5 was a laser mouse.....Optical engine is just better for gaming.. GTG what makes optical engine superior than laser? besides laser can work most of the surface and higher sensitivity.

QUOTE(Punish @ Mar 5 2009, 06:41 PM) no doubt laser sensor is good and can work most of the surface and higher sensitivity.... but in pro gaming world especially counterstrike...they much prefer the good old Optical....the reason is the Laser sensor is not mature enuff....the Laser sensor just cannot take a fast and vigorous movement like Optical does.....the Laser sensor just gonna skip reading and spoil your aim.....from the review i read the best mouse on the market today tats can handle the job well was DA, MX518, Microsoft Intelli series.....all of them using an Optical engine.....maybe u cant feel the different...but if your playing in the highest level.....small detail like tat can really make a different.... GTG You mean MX518 can beat G5 in FPS games?

QUOTE(dlwl @ Mar 15 2009, 03:34 AM) wanna ask for some opinion, any gaming mouse that is around rm50, and less than RM100? my friend is thinking of getting one but he's on a tight budget. one of the options is mx518. any other suggestions? and another thing, is the microsoft sidewinder a good mouse? the price kinda attracts me.. Is either Logitech Mx518 or Razer Krait. But of course MX518 is more gamer oriented with its design for right hand user.

QUOTE(AceCombat @ Apr 3 2009, 08:13 AM) i got Logitech G5,G7 and G9 with me but i dont really can feel that lagness of the wireless lo,that's why i said,is wireless really that bad? anyway,Mamba also running 2.4GHz RF right? Have you tried MX518, comparison to G5. What does MX518 lack of against G5 other than being laser mouse. Btw which mouse pad does the best job in FPS? Everglide Titan DKT or Razer Goliathus Speed Standard?
