WOW!!! How "polite" u r in replying.... I'm not talking about optical but rather about laser coz the comparison I'm making is between the most expensive mice offered by the 2 companies and also it is similar in technology.... Keyword here is LASER.... So, for the same amount of money u hav to pay, I onli feel that X8 is more of a value buy rather than the Ikari Laser..... Also, it is also fair to compare 2 similar products under the same category, which is LASER mouse.... It won't be a good comparison if u compare Ikari optical with X8 since both of them uses different technology....

consider good if you're limited by budget

razer's build quality doesnt suck - its just not stringent enough.
if it really sucks they will be bankrupt and overloaded with thousands of equipment being RMA'd back to them.
read around, even logitech users complain, microsoft users also complain, i wouldnt be surprised if i also find ikari users complaining.
those are all just the minor few.
you think if its more than 50% complaining a company can still stay up?

u will be forever having doubts on which mouse unless u go try them for urself.
the advice here will only help u narrow down to maybe 2-3 mouse choices, rest is up to u.

Hehe. You just have to use some alcohol based liquids to ease the removal. As suggested by Everdying, some peeps use thinner or nailpolish remover, you can just borrow some nailpolish remover from your GF or mum to it.

My Yokoyoko is just a desperate way to do it at that time. Lolz.

Thanks. I guess alcohol based liquids would be the better choice since thinner can be hard on plastic surface, even diluted, since I've seen it melt plastic a little.

look, to save everyone's sanity and getting more ppl pissed off at u, it would be good if u can do a little research of ur own.

the 32k on-board memory in the DA is for storing profiles that is set via the driver.
even salmosa and diamondback has 32k on-board memory, but they all need the driver to access it.

the magic word that is missing is what razer calls SYNAPSE.
SYNAPSE is the feature that lets u store and access profiles on the 32k memory without using driver, and is the same one in copperhead, lachesis and boomslang CE.
