Hello Everybody,

i'm helping my cousin to reformat his acer notebook recently, the problem is i've install WARCRAFT III and also Frozen Throne, and the i go www.getdota.com to download the newest version of Dota, the step i do as following :


1. Download Dota from www.getdota.com
2. Open a folder in c:\program file\warcraft III\maps\downloads\dotaxxxxxxxx
3. when i try on playing Dota, i double click it but it came back to same screen again.


i'm blur now ..... don't know what to do. can somebody tell me what happen ?

i've installed windows xp pro service pack 2 on it.

previously he can play dota. but after i reformat cannot play anymore.

pls ...... somebody help me !!!!!!!!!!!

cant u just enter the game and create game adn then play instead of double clicking it
