I keep living a life with quite a number of regrets... how to avoid?

But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! You're better than that! I'm always gonna love you no matter what. No matter what happens. You're my son and you're my blood. You're the best thing in my life. But until you start believing in yourself, ya ain't gonna have a life. Don't forget to visit your mother.

i'm more sad than others...yesterday...my ex...(tat i love) was being scolded by a woman. The woman was the male colleague's wife. my ex was love that guy...yesterday that woman scold my ex...n say a lot bad thing ...then she cried n tell me. I was the person loving her but always being reject... i always help her do assignment, tutorial , and coursework...all the homework i done by myself even do till mid night i oso finished it.
Yesterday i was received her call, she cried in the call , then she wan me go her company immediately so i arrived in 15 minutes, then she was told me that wait her call. Then i wait then wait....i already WAIT FOR 4 HOURS! ....I didn't take any dinner , juz have a 40 cents snack and a 500ml mineral water waiting at the car for few hours.
She told me that woman say the guy said is my ex 引诱 him..........she feel very sad that he say tis thing...
Now, I having her notes, tutorial and assignment that i help her yesterday, later she will come to me to take it..

face not good, erm, secretary dressing...

In my opinion, they know how to dress and present themselves, also to relieve family costs

I observe that family cost is rising, therefore having a wife that works, helps a lot 

Not to mention, i always like to see wife to be more independent and actually works
