GTX200 series has downclock features.. I also have 9800GTX+.. manage tu downclock the GPU by setup 2D Profile on GC.. using NiBiTor or Evga precision if u have evga card..

ya i heard a lot crash and black screen when playing directx 10 games.. but never had this issues.. Playing Crysis Warhead and Far Cry 2 both on directx10..

I've read some where it cause by directx9c.. when installing game they will automatically install directx9c.. after installing most people will face black screen and crash when playing directx10 game..

So this is the Solution... after finished installing the game, u need to reinstall the Directx10 redistributable package.
u can have it by click the link below
install DirectX 10 redistributable package (November 2008 build).

Hope it will solve your problem..

but i dont think u will need to uninstall directx9 bcoz
you will need it later..

emm.. n one more thing directx actually backward compatible..
so my opinion no point to uninstall the previous directx..

Geforce 9300 refer to integrated display.. if your need pc for home theater (watching movie) its suit u..
if u need for gaming.. u can do Hybrid SLI.. Mainstream setup..
