I just bought the new Palit 9600GT 512MB with HDMI output. This new batch does not need extra 6-pin power supply. Sounds cool but can it surely be stable? Afraid might affect my PC if I do OC on the card.. hmm *Anyway, u can see my 3dMark06 results with multiple CPU and GPU speed configuration here: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/647005/+500This post has been edited by hazairi: Mar 26 2009, 04:46 AM

Just wanna ask opinion from you guys. With the current price, which is more value for money?

I recommend u to buy GTS250. The 1st hand price would be around RM450. Or try look at the 2nd hand 9800GTX which have the same performance with GTS250.

QUOTE(lordaragorn90 @ Jun 17 2009, 12:09 AM) owh..thnx.. BTW..I check this website www.gpureview.com and i compare my card and the one u suggest.. what is important of a card?..i mean which one i should consider? 1st, surely the performance. The site review will do a test on a few games and see the framerates. They will also compare using 3DMark06. The higher pts the better. 2nd, make sure your PSU can support those cards. Super high graphic cards needs alot of lectricity power. 9800GTX needs extra 2two 6-pin wire. Max usage can go until more than 140 watts I guess. 3rd, how noise is the graphic card. There are graphic card that can make big noise because of it's fan..
