RAMPAI COURT, Setapak
Type: Apartment Bedrooms : 2 Bathrooms : 1 Built up: 650 Square Feet Asking Price : RM92,000.00 Rental of it should be around 800-1000. If you loan for 90000k ,interest rate 7% and loan for 20 years. the monthly loan payment should be 700+, which is mean u earn about 100-200 every month by just spending few k to buy the house. |

QUOTE(Ern3st @ Mar 2 2009, 02:42 PM) RAMPAI COURT, Setapak hi there, i think rental of 0.8-1.0k is a bit overoptimistic. a quick go-through with the classifieds and found out generally people are asking for 650-750, some furnished.Type: Apartment Bedrooms : 2 Bathrooms : 1 Built up: 650 Square Feet Asking Price : RM92,000.00 Rental of it should be around 800-1000. Actually i estimate it to rent at 1000k but normally ppl will ask for lower so i estimate 800-1000.but anyway, even with the lower rental yield, there are ways to make sure that there is positive cash flow from this property. And this is a old project. If u r investing and need a faster return , it is better to invest in old project. Because new project is need wait for the completion date and u may hard to get some 1 to rent. |
