To get to the service centre, you cannot go via OUG. There is no link (last i know). You'll need to go into Jalan Puchong from Old Klang Road (Jalan Klang Lama). There will have a signboard stating turn left into OUG industrial park. This is as far as I know.

Although it say OUG, but I have no idea why the road into is from Puchong instead.

Nope.. I just went to C-Zone to get the 1 to 1 exchange. They said I have to wait 1 month maybe MORE...

You will get one to one exchange but just don't know how long it will takes them. If you can wait then it is fine ..

i ask my friend who is staying in puchong to go to the distributor office to exchange for me and got it on the same day

oh no, my router just went haywired.....

now cannot power on. is their office still there and need to bring box as well?

i think, the fastest way is to go to AVF Taman Perindustrian OUG, if you live in KL.


by the way, the correct procedure is actually :

1-call the technical support at 1-800-812-076 , which is in India.
they will ask what is your problem and ask your contact number and email address. they will give you the report number.

2-somebody, probably their technician (maybe from India or Australia , I dont know ) will call you to confirm your problem.

3-their will send you an email (RMA letter). In this email, it instructs you to print this email and bring it with your device to AVF Taman OUG for exchange.

Problem is; what if you are not KL folk?
Cannot you do exchange at other AVF distributors?

Belkin told me to call AVF Taman OUG and they will advise the nearest branch to do exchange.

Somebody from AVF Taman Perindustrian OUG, I think the name is Jack, told me that there is only two ways, whether you bring the device directly to him at AVF Taman Perindustrian OUG, or send it to any computer shop which sells Belkin product.

Since I am in Kedah, there is no way to face all the hassle to go KL. So I just went to a computer shop at Jusco Bandar Perda Seberang Perai with the printed RMA letter, and they gave a new Belkin wireless router.

(in the letter, Belkin stated what model you will get, in case your model no longer produced. In my case, i have got newer model).


By the way, my Belkin Wireless Router was originally purchased in Penang Island, and they refused to do the exchange. They asked to call the technical support.

I bought my belkin router at Viewnet which then i could easily got 1 to 1 exchange in the same day. just need to go to their service center, they will check the router, if got problem they will just give you the new 1.

You changed at Viewnet service centre or from AVF at Jln Puchong?

For God's sake, whoever who has BELKIN router problem, dont call the toll free number. IT's LIKE HELL. They (foreigners) kept asking you the same bloody questions and they hardly understand you. Their accent is &(&#(&^#&^#&#^!*. Just call AVG TEL : 03-77832010. and get 1 to 1 replacement on the spot.

Oh no...AVF no longer support Belkin product anymore......

Guys...about this belkin lifetime warranty thing, isit apply to all?

my wireless usb adapter currently having a problem...cant detect my unifi wireless even though the distance is so near......but when I try with my SGS2, straight found it and connect....

can this be claim warranty?

maybe, because i call the in Puchong, they said they are no longer Belkin's service center..

kelana square also not valid anymore...they ask to call 1800 812 076.
