The point of a post count system is to encourage people to post and contribute. I used to run a popular fan community, so I know how all these things come into play. Its mostly bragging rights, but it does act as an initial motivator, and that's what the forum needs.

Doubt so.The ancient saga back in the 80s are still being sold few years back,until the fugly replacement model comes.Due to that,i always think that when i see a new model from Proton,i just have a feeling i'll still see for the next 10 years or so.

Sometimes,i just hope that Proton just buck up and improve.Stop making uninspiring and lazy cars.

Last year, Proton signed an agreement that may possibly use Lancer as a replacement to Waja...

If you noticed, Satria has been discontinued, old Saga has been discontinued, Wira also has been discontinued...

The delay was because Proton in the past, thinks that Saga is best selling, thus no need to retired...

Personally, i think this is stupid, no way you can put at 20 year model on sale just because it is best selling...

When the SZ took over the management, only the replacement for Saga was started for development

It is good for Proton if they can come out with unconventional designs, however, being Malaysians, our tastebuds are much conservative than the European for example...

Centre mounted exhaust for example, is famous in Mini Cooper, but when Proton used it on Satria Neo and Savvy, people bash it because of that...

There is a possibility that Mitsubishi may take some Proton models and sell it as "Mitsubishi"
