you can always ask the lawyer to wait for the loan approval. I really don't see the point of rushing to sign SPA. it must be done in 14days after sign booking resit.

If you want to sign a piece of paper make sure that piece of paper is to protect your interest, not the other way around.
and i dont see any point of blaming the lawyer, its your property, your house, your concern. if you dont take care of the matter or at least take the effort to update yourself with the progress, you are the first to blame.
no offense. my 2 cents as a consumer point of view.
