i thought this fashion forum serves to teach some fashion sense to the reader, but i've yet found such topics.. so here it is..

i know skinny jeans are the 'in' thing at the mo.. but, i just bought a straight cut levi's jeans, black colour. just plain black with no folds no nothing.
i oso bought a pair of black shoes.. the normal one, like normal sport shoes but totally black

so are these still fashionable?

vetkin_gray, from me buying all black for head to toe is boring. Some say you cant goes wrong with black because its matches to all color. Not for me, choosing black shows you afraid to take a risk.... but don't take a very striking color because it too "risky". Just buy the color match with your skin color and your taste.

For me, skinny jeans are too fashion forward. Regarding your jeans, just make sure that it fits well and is not too loose throughout your legs. It doesn't have to be super skinny and you do not need to follow every single trend in order to look fashionable, just know how to mix and match.

well yes this forum serves to educate as well as help guys to dress well..

well i dont exactly get what are you trying to say.. there's nothing fashionable or outdated about black jeans and black sport shoes.. their well just the everyday attire.. i think what is more appropriate here is how you wear them which makes them fashionable or not, if being fashionable is what you aim for..

The keypoint is how you wear them.
Depends on you and your clothes.
If fashionable is what people nowadays chase for, then its the reason why you see men age 40+ in hip hop clothing or whatever fashionable now.

But you can update your clothes a little. Maybe get a more current belt, shirt with the black shoe and jeans.
