have problem with ringtone & photo sync

i dont know why, but when i drag a mp3 file to the 'ringtone', the mp3 wasnt there. really weird since i dont have problem when dragging mp3 files to 'music'.
other than that, is there any alternative for copy photo to iphone, because when im sync the photo, my previous photo in iphone will lost. |

thanks bro.. how bout the photo? any idea. & thanks also for the swirlMMS advice that u gives me before. 1 question bout the swilMMS, do we really need to buy the software?
