Can someone recommend me a LCD Monitor for Graphic Design use ?
In 19" to 22".

Nowadays a lot of model came out are targeted for HD Movies, such as 16:9 aspect ratio & reflective screen.
Panel Types also typical. I prefer those with at least PVA Types.

My Priority are;
1) DVI Connections.
2) Color Accuracy.
3) Non-Reflective Screen.
4) Can get in Local Stores.

I interested to buy the Dell UltraSharp 2007FP.

I would like to know is the Screen type is those reflective type or non-reflective types ?

I know reflective type can make watching movies more nice, but i mainly use for graphics.

Can confirm on these ?

Thanks

the 2007wfp is non-reflective types... just like normal lcd screen...
But you won't regret after u brought this LCD...
This dell 2007wfp is the best LCD panel.... rclxm9.gif
It a S-IPS panel and not those TN panel in the market...

Is it now still can get any S-IPS panel or better panel LCD in market?

I been using almost 3 years and RMA for twice....
Good service for Dell... exchange basic!
When 2nd time RMA, the dell replaced the new 2009wfp and after used for few days,
i call back the dell and request to change back to my current 2007wfp...
Bcos the 2009wfp is TN panel and is not good to watch movie and color is not as nice as my 2007wfp...
So, Dell again change back 2007wfp to me....

Wow, many compliments of Dell Service. So good.

Hi,
The best for this moment.

S-IPS is still a step back than H-IPS you can find in Malaysia market.

At least has this;
- VA or IPS Panel & above
- DVI
- Non-Reflective Screen Type.

I only know this;

Dell UltraSharp 2007FP

Please let me know others if you can find.
Thanks.

Forget about LP2480zx as it is not relevant for normal home users, unless color accuracy is so important to you or your job that you need to fork out nearly RM7k for that LCD. NEC LCD2490WUXi/LCD2690WUXi or Hazro HZ26W/HZ26Wi offers the same quality out of the box and you save yourself a few Ks. Good luck hunting biggrin.gif

Hi, is this NEC LCD2490WUXi available in Malaysia ? If Yes, Where can buy this ? & around how much it cost ?

I got questions about this Dell UltraSharp 2007FP

Specifications say it's Panel Type is
VA - Vertical Alignment & IPS - In Panel Switching

I thought a monitor should be using either one of it. Can a Monitor is using 2 panel type together ?

Can anyone care to guide me on this ?

Thanks.

H-IPS isn't tongue.gif . They have the best of all LCDs now. Response time, viewing angle, colours, you name it.

Anyway, anyone here has experience with Samsung 2433BW?

EDIT:Information error.

The specs is written here
http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/c...bsd1&l=en&s=bsd

stated "VA - Vertical Alignment & IPS - In Panel Switching"

do u think this IPS is the H-IPS u mentions ?

How come we going to gamble either VA or IPS ? it's say "&" and it's NOT "or"

so confuse rclxub.gif
