QUOTE(chanws8 @ Mar 7 2009, 09:42 PM) Samsung t220 is a very nice looking lcd monitor...But no full hd supported, using 16:10 aspect ratio and costs about RM699... Actually RM699 for 22" is considered expensive...Why dont u think about others brand/model which has a better spec and lower price? i guess i like the color sharpness offered by samsung. haha~ thats what i think though =) what other 22" that has full hd?? i have something to ask too. is it possible that a faulty output from the laptop can cause monitors to die? is there such a thing? cause my laptop lcd is kinda *dead* and i've use 2 different monitors as output and both also died. the color tubes died one showing only yellow and the other showing only red.

QUOTE(DAViS @ Mar 8 2009, 04:47 PM) Hi, The flex cable is loose/wear out/motherboard display card issue, you can acquire service from the manufacturer service centre to fix it. does that mean that it can damage my monitors when it is being used as output? cause both monitors were working fine before. then suddenly the color tube went nuts i guess. btw, i read reviews about the samsung t220 saying that it does not recognize the 1680 x 1050 native display instead a lower one. lots of people having headache with it. any t220 owners with this problem here?

QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Mar 9 2009, 10:43 AM) All the models can play 1080p, protected content or otherwise. The s2409w has got the most real estate but colors are a little bit dull The T220 has got a nice looking bezel and has nice colors but a wobbly stand to boot, without any wall mount holes in case the stand breaks. The 2333sw is about the size of the T220 but slightly wider but slight shorter I own a T220, my friend has a 2333sw. Given the almost similar prices now, I'd choose the 2333sw. As to the s2409w, it's not really 700, it's way cheaper in garage sales. thanks for the info. so meaning to say the T220 and 2333SW is similar? just that the 2333SW is already on a full HD display? also, what about the contrast ratio? i have no idea about it at all. i see the 2333SW on samsung's webbie is 20,000:1 but at lowyat's price lists is stated as 15,000:1? *confused*
