It's quite hard to notice the difference between 2ms and 5ms. I've had a 8ms (LG brand), and I can notice some ghosting effect while playing RA3, really makes me dizzy. After using 2333SW now, the ghosting is gone, so don't worry about the 5ms/2ms much.saw T220 and 2233BW. both of their specs are almost the same except for the response time.

The thing that you should take into consideration is the Contrast Ratio (the higher it is, the better you can see the differences between black and white. 10000:1 or above is really recommended for playing scary games)
Another thing is the color, which is really important for those who use their monitor for entertainment (movie), or graphic designing.
Last thing is the design, depends on your taste.
