Added on May 3, 2009, 5:07 pmif you adjust from the monitor menu button, i don't think the result will comes out right. tested edi. zz

zxmn, yours is glossy right, with the cbmid.

ACER H233H A bmid -< non glossy version I think.

I just keep on wondering what does bmid means anyway.

Did you navigate through its OSD menu? Does it support 1:1 pixel mapping? Like when you open a 4:3 video, does the screen stretched to fit? There should be a menu with the following selectable option: Aspect, Full Screen (Filled) or maybe 1:1?

What's your final choice? If it's H233H A bmid I have a contact seller which I had been messaging lately.

Aspect or Full.. that's all. no 1:1.

So when you try to open a 4:3 movie does it stretch? Perhaps playing some game will help? Eg: PS3.

Aiyo . i tot the audio port of the h233h is for my external speaker . so i could actually play ps3 then plug hdmi to hdmi then use my external speaker to plug to my monitor .

You can use DVI-D port as it only carries the video signal. Then use composite cable to output the sound from PS3 via AV.
