hi guys. i sent out an item on the 25th Feb and buyer should be able to receive on the 26th.
but buyer told me she did not receive anything on the 26th midnight.
when i track, it says final delivery. wat does it mean?

latest update, buyer said still haven't receive till now.

Always stated will not responsible for lost parcel by pos express.

Because some greedy and unhonest buyer want another new one.
Paying 1 unit price and get 2 units.
