I have an old spec and the paint on the frame scrapped off alot d. It is still tough so I wish to repaint the frame.
Do you think using nail polish will work?

To paint a spectacle frame , I think that its quite hard as the spectacle frame is not big and you will pretty much mess up the whole place. Why don't you go to the spectacle store and see what they can do ?
If you know how to remove the glasses , Just remove it and spray whatever you want , Then reattach the glasses . Done =D |

As long as it doesn't contact with your skin should be fine. Most frames are difficult to be applied with spray paint, definitely looks worst than powder coating
