Most online public guides are really outdated & no longer practical except for certain class. Most updated ones are private, as in it's not opened to public.....so I can throw you a bunch of links but you won't be able to view it unless you're a registered member. Well, the best way would be to ask advice from players in the whatever server (no I don't know which, there's just too many out there) he's in. Cause differences that affects the gameplay exists across different servers. Or you can just be specific on what type of guide you're looking for & I'll see what I can do about it.

For Prontera server, you need acolyte/priest to support your main character.
Or you will be stuck when you reach level 80 and above.

Common gears on HP;
1) Tidals + Wools combo with green ferus & raydric cards
2) +9 Lich's bone wand with 2 fabre cards or necromancer cards
3) Racial Shields
4) Elemental Armors
5) Two Safety Rings as accessories
